PVDF Introduction:
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a fluorinated semi crystalline thermoplastic. Previously, it has five crystal forms and can be converted to each other under certain conditions. Without any additives, it has the inherent stability of fluoropolymer even in harsh environment, providing a unique performance combination for users and prolonging the service life of equipment.
PVDF has good chemical stability and electrical insulation performance, so the manufactured equipment can meet the requirements of TOCS and flame retardancy. It is widely used in solar photovoltaic, lithium battery and other new energy fields and semiconductor industry. PVDF also used as water porous membrane, gel made of PVDF resin, diaphragm, etc.

Using some conventional methods can easily process PVDF resin, like compression molding, extrusion and injection, etc. The temperature ranging from 190℃ to 300℃ is recommended. In addition, at the temperature above 316℃, the resin will decompose so that it can be processed safely.
